- The item of jewelry must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- In order to return your jewelry, you must call us toll free at 1-888-471-8999 or email us at returns@blackmarketjewelry.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Please complete the Return Authorization Form that we email to you. Take care to fill it out completely and provide us with your RAN.
- The jewelry must be unworn, unused and show absolutely no signs of wear or use. Any jewelry that has been sized by us; set, unset or modified by the customers once they have received it is non returnable. Any of the above will result in forfeiture of the right to return the item. Please take care not to allow this to happen.
- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with ALL DOCUMENTS included. All returns will be inspected for damage, use or alteration prior to the issuance of a refund.
- SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and are paid by the customer. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and must be shipped and insured per Black Market Jewelry's instructions and procedures.
- Black Market Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return and refund if we determine the transaction was fraudulently intended or in violation of its terms and conditions.

Black Market Jewelry provides FREE Shipping and Insurance for all purchases anywhere in the United States for any value jewelry purchased. Depending on the value of your jewelry, we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 Days) and UPS Overnight or UPS Second Day Air. Shipping for Canada is the same as in the US. Shipping charges for international shipments vary. Please contact us at info@blackmarketjewelry.com for International shipping rates.
All payment will be in United States currency. We accept PAYPAL (WE SHIP TO PAYPALS VERIFIED ADDRESS ONLY), MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS CHECKS, WESTERN UNION and WIRE TRANSFERS. For wire transfer and Western Union information, please contact Customer Service. Payment by money order, cashier's check, personal or corporate check will be held for 10 business days. NO SALES TAX UNLESS YOU ARE A FLORIDA RESIDENT.
We reserve the right to require identification of card holder. In some cases we may require a FAX copy of your credit card and drivers license. We will require FAX copies if your shipping address is other than your verified billing address. We reserve the right to decline any credit card that doesn't meet our internal policies. Buy purchasing from Black Market Jewelry the buyer agrees not to process any charge backs for any charge that the buyer authorized. Black Market Jewelry will credit your credit card for any items returned for refund or any items lost in shipping that comply with the terms of this agreement. If this provision is breached and a charge back is processed in violation of this agreement, Black Market Jewelry may charge your card for the amount of the charge back, all bank fees, and charge back fees. Buyer agrees to waive the tracking number and proof of delivery required by credit card companies unless shipped by UPS, or Express Mail shipping in the USA . No proof of delivery or tracking is available out side of the USA . Tracking numbers are made available by request only and are not required for the above-referenced waiver. Our maximum liability for lost goods out side of the USA will not be greater than the maximum insurable amount allowed by the carrier, to some countries that limit may be as low as $40.00 We do not accept checks and money orders that are not drawn on a US bank in US dollars. Exception for Canadian Postal money orders that are in US dollars. If we receive a foreign check or money order, we may at our discretion notify the sender and request a new form of payment or we may deposit the item in our bank and add a $15.00 processing fee to your account which must be paid before the item is shipped.US.
